Why Real Estate
Being a third-generation owner of a family-owned building supply house, construction has influenced Richard from a young age. His passion for real estate stems from his work collaborating with residential builders and developers on their acquisition, budgeting, and procurement needs. Richard’s experience has enabled him to optimize CdCM Group’s supply chain, providing the Firm with a significant competitive advantage in the Greater Boston Area.
Richard brings over 15 years of experience in construction budgeting, market research and analysis, construction management, and procurement.
When not in the office or on site, Richard dedicates his time to his wife and their two sons. He enjoys playing golf and long days on the beach.
